Lotek Indonesian Recipes, Spicy and Savory

Lotek is Sundanese cuisine that is commonly found in West Java. Lotek almost the same as pecel, namely food such as fresh vegetable stew which watered dressing in the form of mixed spice chili beans

INGREDIENTS
  • 10 bean stalk, cut into pieces

  • 1 bunch kale, cut into pieces

DIRECTIONS

Boil the vegetables until cooked, drain
